Your opportunity

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections professional who thrives on independence, process improvement, and driving results? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager to take ownership of our global accounts receivable process and help us improve cash flow, reduce overdue balances, and provide meaningful insights to the business.

This is a high-impact role where you'll report to the Director of Revenue & Order-to-Cash and work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to scale and optimize our Accounts Receivable & collections operations. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the function, leading a small in-house team.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the full AR & collections cycle - from outreach to resolution - ensuring timely payment from customers
• Lead process improvements to streamline AR & collections, improve reconciliations,

reduce DSO and enhance customer communication
