Job descriptionEinstiegslevel Home Office Einsatzbereich Eintrittsdatum Veröffentlichung Stellen-ID Responsible for supplier qualification activity for newly submitted supplier qualification questionnaires as well as renewals Reviews, evaluates and approves information submitted by supplier against the company`s internal requirements and liaises where necessary with the appropriate internal functional expert group, Buyers and / or Procurement Managers Manages certification renewals Ensures suppliers are qualified and approved in accordance with governing procedures and work instructions Interface with suppliers, managers and functional partners at all levels of the organization Utilizes Ariba Supplier Management to perform above mentioned responsibilities Experience in Purchase-to-Pay (ideally in Supplier Qualification / Management or Procurement Operations) Strong attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills German language knowledge English language knowledge would be an asset Working knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Ariba) would be an asset Attractive working conditions and social benefits : work in a big, international high-tech company, induction by a team of experienced professionals, sports cards (MultiSport & CityFit), MyBenefit platform, private medical care, life insurance, co-financing of glasses.
