What You’ll Do :
- Analyze & Report : Provide insightful data analysis and reporting on our global real estate portfolio by collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
- Documentation Management : Support real estate teams globally by reviewing and managing real estate and facilities documentation, ensuring all portfolio changes are accurately reflected in databases.
- Dashboard & Reporting : Manage real estate dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Lease Administration : Partner with global real estate teams to ensure timely lease actions and compliance.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance : Prepare precise global portfolio reports for corporate reporting programs, as well as ad-hoc business requests.
- Administrative Support : Assist the Workplace Transformation Director with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 4+ years in financial data analysis; experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus.Excel Expertise : Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Data Visualization : Knowledge of Power BI.Skills : Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.Attention to Detail : Meticulous, organized, and proactive with a high level of initiative.Global Collaboration : Comfortable attending calls across US / EMEA time zones.Language : Fluency in English, both written and spoken .What Do We Offer?
