How you'll make an impact
- Standardizing documentation across the R&D projects (ex : deliverable lists, test reports, test layouts, manuals, system descriptions, inventories)
- Organize demo or lessons learned sessions for some of the R&D projects, documenting the actions and follow-up with the different task-owners
- Data Analysis : Analyze test results using appropriate software and techniques. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in the data, and report findings to the supervising scientist or engineer.
- Technical Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of all tests conducted, including methodologies, results, and observations. Ensure that documentation is complete and complies with regulatory standards. Prepare documentation describing systems and components for R&D internal use as well as for other departments.
- Conducting tests & technical simulations : Perform a variety of tests & simulations on samples, materials, and products according to established protocols and procedures. This includes preparing test samples, operating laboratory equipment, and recording data accurately.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including scientists, engineers, and fellow interns, to support ongoing research projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on experimental design and methodology.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Your background
Currently a university student enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Electronics etc.). Technical background to have some general understanding about our portfolio (electrical engineering, power engineering, power electronics, control engineering)Good communication skills, written and verbal, fluency in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of Excel, Powerpoint & engineering tools (e.g. AutoCad, EPlan or other electrical CAD, Matlab, Simulink or other model-base software)Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.More about us
