In a nutshell

At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated OtC Intern to reinforce our OtC Team.

What drives this department

Within the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.

What you will be doing

• Supporting daily activities in OtC Department such as :
• preparing invoices, shipping documents
• creating and transmitting invoices electronically
• monitoring outstanding debt and following up with customers if necessary
• executing provision policies, adjusting and executing required write-offs
• processing incoming and outgoing payments and contacting customers in case of questions
