Accounting Senior Manager

About the Role :

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Accounting Senior Manager to lead our accounting function within a dynamic and international environment. This is a strategic leadership position, responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals, overseeing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Oversee and drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with international accounting standards.

Collaborate closely with international finance teams, global stakeholders, and external auditors.

Ensure full tax compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.) and support strategic tax planning initiatives in cooperation with internal tax and legal experts.

Contribute to the development and execution of finance strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Act as a key partner in audits (internal and external), ensuring transparency and efficient cooperation.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the accounting and finance functions.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, preferably in large, international organizations.

Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a multicultural environment.

Strong expertise in tax regulations and corporate tax compliance.

Solid knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) .

Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to build strong working relationships across departments and cultures.

Fluent English is a must (spoken and written)

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered a strong asset.
