IT Risk Coordinator

Job descriptionISO 27005 NIST RMF At Sii, we are looking for a Risk Coordinator to join a project in the building materials industry. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, and monitoring the implementation of mitigation plans. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in information security practices. Do you have experience in information security and a passion for keeping risks under control? Are you comfortable in a hands-on operational role and enjoy working collaboratively across IT teams? Operate and maintain the Information Security Risk Coordinate and support risk assessments across IT functions Support the implementation of mitigation plans and track remediation progress Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Assist in applying the Information Security Risk Management Framework Collaborate with internal teams, including technical teams and local management Analyze and evaluate the severity and potential impact of risks Provide risk documentation and evidence to support audits and compliance checks Promote risk awareness and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in security operations Min. 4 years of commercial experience in information security or IT risk operations Knowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security Framework Familiarity with risk frameworks such as ISO 27005, NIST RMF, or similar Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools or risk tracking systems Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured data Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Willingness to travel occasionally Proficiency in English at a business level Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 60M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
