Your new company

For our Client, international company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for experienced IT Service Coordinator / Incident Manager who will support coordination of IT support operations provided by external partner. We are looking for a person who is willing to work hybrid in Wrocław (min. 3 days per week in the office, ideally fully on-side).

Your new role

  • Oversee and coordinate IT outsourcing partner to ensure effective collaboration and support operations in Poland
  • Conduct regular oversight of IT support operations, resolve challenges and identify areas for enhancement, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and alignment with global IT strategies
  • Partner with local business leaders to understand their priorities and requirements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to translate those needs into effective IT operational strategies
  • Lead and guide operations of small IT support team, ensuring task prioritization based on business impact and compliance requirements
  • Maintain effective communication

between local and central IT teams

  • Manage high-priority and critical escalations, collaborating with service managers to ensure timely resolution and thorough root cause analysis
  • Oversee the local execution of IT projects and security initiatives
  • Drive systemic improvements in IT support quality
  • by providing feedback and best practices, promoting long-term service optimization

  • Manage high-priority incidents, ensuring swift resolution with minimal business disruption and delivering an exceptional user experience
  • What you39ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Incident Manager / Coordinator / Change Manager, Team Manager, Service Delivery Manager etc. (outsourcing or inhouse) gained at international or complex organization
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, or business related field
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate outsourcing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset toward issue resolution
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles, ITIL certificate would be a plus
  • Experience with IT support best practices for continuous improvement
