Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ‚Global User Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage end to end IT support operations in our QIAGEN Poland locations.
- Steer and manage our IT outsourcing partner and ensure seamless coordination to drive support activities for 2 Poland sites each in Wroclaw and Gdansk.
- Regular governing of IT support activities, identifying actionable insights to address support challenges and areas for improvement, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and global IT objectives.
- Collaborate with local business leaders to understand their priorities & needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to translate those needs into actionable IT operational strategies.
- Lead and develop the local IT support team, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization based on business impact and compliance, further fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain effective and structured communication channels between local IT and central IT teams to ensure the smooth implementation of IT policies.
- Manage high-priority and critical escalations by driving the local IT team and collaboration with responsible service managers to ensure timely resolutions and root cause analysis.
- Oversee the local execution of IT projects and security initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT Operation & Infrastructure goals, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure systemic improvements in IT support quality by leveraging business feedback and industry best practices, further driving long-term service optimization and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning and successful execution of Audio Video conferencing events for VIP, including special events.
- Managing the high priority incidents, ensuring swift resolution with minimal disruption and exceptional user experience.
Position Requirements
Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing IT support operations, preferably in a multinational environment.Bachelor degreeStrong leadership and team development skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities.Strong knowledge of IT services management, preferably ITIL V4 certified.Familiarity with industry best practices for IT support process improvements.This role requires a daily presence in the office.What we offer
