Job description

Engineering and automations activities within Postgres technology.

Description of knowledge and experience

Experience : 7+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL DBA, including hands-on operational expertise in managing production databases,
Proven experience in managing large-scale PostgreSQL environments with replication, clustering, or partitioning,
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL architecture, extensions and tools,
Expertise in SQL query optimization and debugging,
Strong knowledge of Linux environments, including shell scripting and system-level,
Proficient in Shell scripting,
Experience with DevOps tooling AAP, VRA / VRO, Terraform or equivalent (nice to have)

troubleshooting,

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or pgAdmin,

Certifications (preferred) : PostgreSQL certifications such as PostgreSQL CE or equivalent,

Experienced working according to scaled agile framework,

Experience with ITIL process framework,

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,

Ability to work independently,

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
