Abou the role :

Xperi seeks a highly skilled and experience Engineering Operations Director to join our dynamic team and further enhance our engineering capabilities. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our nearly 300 professionals and very talented engineers, ensuring smooth project execution, and continually driving the development of our TiVo OS. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in embedded software development, hardware, and frontend technologies, with a deep understanding and proven experience in the TV industry, including broadcast, certifications, application onboarding, and collaboration with ODMs and OEMs.What You Will Get to Do :

• Oversee projects and activities, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Provide sound technical leadership in embedded software development, hardware, and front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and internal teams to drive the development of our TV operating system.
• Ensure quality, performance, user experience, and compliance with industry standards and certifications.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, ODMs, and OEMs.
• Find solutions to technical and process problems, offering clear and actionable feedback to the engineering team.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Work very closely with Global Senior Leadership to influence the future of TiVo OS and other Xperi products.
