You’re likely a fit if you :

• Are deeply fluent in Java & Spring Boot , and experienced in modern backend architecture
• Have built systems that scale and know your way around Postgres , Redis , and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Think in clean interfaces, write clear tests, and monitor your own code
• Embrace ownership — from design to deployment
• Enjoy working in a hybrid model, with in-person collaboration 1–2 days / week in Warsaw
