Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in people management role,
- 5+ experience in the field of finance in SSC / BPO structures,
- in-depth knowledge of GL processes,
- knowledge of ERP system (People Soft will be huge asset),
- Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting preferred or Independent Accounting course,
- experience in transition projects,
- experience in finance projects of improvement,
- strong people management skills,
- analytical skills with attention to detail,
- fluency in English (B2+ level).
