Your Key Responsibilities

• Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers or sales representatives
• Reviewing and validate customer orders against quotations or contracts and process them for booking
• Cooperating closely with Internal Sales to resolve price discrepancies, missing information, or material discrepancies in commercial conditions
• Implementing and maintaining changes in scheduling agreements and orders in alignment with end-customers, including quantity increases / decreases, postponements, or delivery date changes in scheduling agreements / orders
• Handling delivery blocks
