Client Lifecycle Specialist with Spanish or German Your role

Client Lifecycle Specialist - Global Wealth Management Operations

At UBS WM Front Support Organization in Wroclaw we ensure the exceptional on-boarding experience for the new clients. Our team apanies Client Advisors and their customers by maintaining the client relationships up-to-date and reflecting the necessary changes to make sure that together, we meet their investment needs.

Core Client Lifecycle Management processes include :

  • setting up new relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • opening new portfolios and granting adequate accesses in the system in accordance with provided documentation
  • processing updates to client's account such as tax documentation, address amendments,munication changes
  • handling management of account fees
  • capturing in the system all documentation to enable the proper investment set-up
  • closing of the portfolios and business relationships
  • changing the product strategies
  • constantly looking for opportunity to speed up the process / decisions and increase client satisfaction
  • executing periodical controls to guarantee the highest service quality
