Position Description

  • Order processing using SAP software.
  • Positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the SFDC System.
  • Positive relations with business partners and other departments.
  • Customer database management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Returns handling.

Position Requirements

  • Readiness to work under civil contract (umowa zlecenie).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Good command of Spanish (at least B2 / C1) written and spoken.
  • Good command of English (B2).
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
