Technical Sales Support Specialist - Poland

Position Summary

Responsible for the selling and marketing activities in the designated area. The Technical Sales Support Specialist main responsibility is to grow, develop, and implement sales and account strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability within Poland. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will support the commercial growth of Zinpro IsoFerm and Performance Minerals by leveraging industry knowledge, expertise in diet modeling, and nutritional understanding. You will contribute to global strategy development and collaborating with technical and research teams to advance on-farm validation trials and research, thereby strengthening the value of Zinpro IsoFerm and Performance Minerals.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Country Manager – Poland and has no supervisory responsibilities. This position will work from a home-based office but should expect frequent travel to various locations for on-site support and collaboration.

Essential Functions

• Lead a coordinated strategic approach in key markets with support of Marketing and Research & Nutritional Services.
• Grow sales through enhanced customer relationships and technical knowledge about products within the supported industry.
• Achieve sales goals and objectives within the established budget.
• Promote Zinpro products and offer technical sales support to current / potential customers and key influencers to develop strong long-term customer relations.
• Fully support and grow the service and support to customers within identified species and priorities.
• Identify new product and market opportunities
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment consists of a multiple different environments : standard office, long periods in a motor vehicle, farms, animal producers, manufacturing facilities, and / or at client / customers facilities.

Positions in this class typically require typing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Sedentary Work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Schedule Requirements

This position is expected to work within core business hours and requires participation in after-hours and weekend calls, customer / client events & meetings, and industry events.

Travel Requirements

Expected to travel as needed, according to company standards. Required travel is primarily within the Poland but will include occasional other international travel to attend external and internal meetings and conferences. Business travel is approximately 50% or more of work time depending on home location.
