Designs, coordinates and runs employee-related health & well-being services and programs.

Collaborates with all relevant internal stakeholders to prevent, early detect, case-manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss while complying with health regulations.

Role Purpose

To design and implement employee health, safety, and wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. The role manages health cases, and fosters a safe, healthy, and productive work environment by partnering with and supporting business leaders in fulfilling their duty of care.

Key Responsibilities

include but are not limited to :

  • Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing programs aligned with the people and culture strategy and health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent, early detect, manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss.
  • Support and provide guidance to business leaders on fulfilling their duty of care and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

  • Formal Requirement

  • higher education in the field or specialty of occupational health and safety
  • alternatively, completed postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety
  • additionally, at least 1 year of work experience in the health and safety service
  • Fluency in English and Polish
