Visual Merchandising Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Ensure and drive regional VM execution according to central VM guidelines across stores or assigned regions to maximize store sell-out, enhance brand image & strategy within the region & local markets
- Conduct regular store visits to identify local VM requirements, plan store zoning & VM layouts, develop and conduct VM training for store teams, and refresh displays
- Execute and support seasonal window displays, and set up in-store presentations to reflect current campaign launches and seasonal product pushes
- Ensure optimal product assortment visibility and commercial density display in all channels in partnership with central and local retail teams to achieve and improve store profitability
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in retail, marketing and buying teams to align visual displays with sales strategies and product launches
- Execute VM set-up of new store openings and provide feedback to the Store Development team on new layouts and store concepts
- Use VM tools (planograms, guidelines, manuals) and provide feedback to the VM leadership team for further improvements
- Support VM Manager for specific VM projects and process improvements
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in fashion, design and customer behavior
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising + 1 year in execution as well as structural VM developmentBachelor’s DegreeYou are fluent in English and Polish, written and spokenCompetent in all general Microsoft programsInspirational, innovative, self-confident personality. Result and solution driven, ready to execute against targetsEnthusiastic, structured, priority focused and organized, self-disciplined, proactive, open mindedMobility : must be willing to travel frequently (a Company car will be provided, driving license category B is a must)What we offer
