Job descriptionAt Pretius we are looking for SAP Specialist to a project in the financial industry, international team. Location : remote or Warsaw Salary : 130-160 pln netto / h Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges across various SAP modules Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve SAP-related tickets efficiently Conduct root cause analyses to diagnose and resolve issues effectively Collaborate with IT teams and clients to implement and optimize SAP functionalities Lead and execute minor projects, implementing system changes to meet client-specific requirements Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, solutions, and system changes Continuously monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize operations Proficiency in SAP modules such as MM, SCM, SCM / LO, PP / QM / PM, SD, SAC, EWM, BTP / CPI, ABAP, GRC FI / CO, or Basis (specific expertise will depend on the module) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex problems Experience with SAP system configurations and integrations Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticket management systems English - C1 (German is an advantage) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare Modern office available Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications sharing the costs of professional training & courses remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events video games at work parking space for employees leisure zone
