Head of Fleet Assets Management

Your responsibilities
- Manage insurance strategy, cost control, and risk mitigation.
- Optimize asset lifecycle, fleet-planning, -utilization, and compliance.
- Reduce downtime, oversee maintenance, and repair decision process decisions.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers in area of direct responsibility, i.e. : insurance, repairs, fuel, and fleet expenses.
- Oversee procurement process, lease contracts, and supplier relations.
- Align team strategies, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor total cost of ownership (TCO) of the fleet and implement optimizations.
- Manage and develop subordinated international teams.
- Active involvement in developing of company strategy and assessment of business cases.
- Reporting on relevant and requested (by top management) KPIs.
- Active participation in the business development evaluation meetings.
Our requirements
6+ years of experience in fleet operations, asset management, procurement, or insurance.Strong leadership, negotiation, and cost control expertise.Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and financial planning.Experience in supplier and contract management.Ability to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.Strong analytical skills to monitor fleet performance and TCO.Understanding of compliance and risk management in transport operations.Excellent communication and team coordination skills.Very good knowledge of English.What we offer
