The company operates in many European markets, including Poland. The contract will be signed directly with the Polish employer.

Your responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings (via email and phone)
• Modifying reservations, resolving complaints
• Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by managers
