Senior Brand Manager Hematology / Launch Lead will be a pioneer in growing the hematology / oncology commercial franchise at GSK. This individual will have a passion for building and executing launch and brand strategies in hematology / oncology to deliver value to patients, Healthcare Professionals and GSK.
This individual will be responsible and accountable for strategic plans, competitive readiness, promotional materials and campaigns, driving brand performance and evolving the GSK hematology story through leadership across cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch : Lead the Launch Excellence process for new hematology / oncology products
- Marketing Strategy & Execution : Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing plans and global integrated campaigns for GSK’s hemato-oncology products, in alignment with global and local strategies.
- Omnichannel Campaign Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels to engage healthcare professionals and patients.
- Promotional Material Development : Develop, adapt, and update marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Market Analysis & Insights : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the hemato-oncology market. Provide insights to help shape marketing and sales strategies. Extended market analysis with deep understanding the NHF, MOH data, market access in Oncology, partnering with Analytics teams
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the medical, sales, and external agency teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Sales Support and training : Partner with sales teams on strategic account management. Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and training to help them effectively promote GSK’s hemato-oncology portfolio.
- External expert engagement : Develop and nurture direct customer relationships to deepen understanding of patient journey and develop meaningful, patient focused value offerings. Develop crossfunctional KEE engagement plans.
- Budget Management : Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on financial performance.
- Event Management : Coordinate the logistics for congresses, seminars, and webinars to promote GSK’s presence and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Compliance and Reporting : Do the right thing and adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
What you bring to the role :
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (master’s degree preferred)5+ recent years working in oncology role with significant and recent hematological oncology experience (minimum 3 years, specifically Multiple Myeloma is preferred)5+ years of marketing / commercial roles, with proven track record of successful product launchSolid marketing background with firm grasp of omnichannel and digital marketing.Strong understanding of Poland pharmaceutical market dynamics, oncology healthcare system and reimbursement pathways, and payer landscapesFluent in Polish and EnglishSkills
