Job descriptionDevelop a comprehensive brand plan aligned with global brand guidelines on the international markets. Ensure the strategy reflects local market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. Plan and execute marketing strategy, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Portfolio Management, prioritize resources and initiatives based on brand performance and growth potential. Adapt global strategies to local markets needs Leverage consumer and shopper insights to shape brand messaging and positioning. Ensure all touchpoints resonate with the target audience

- Experience in FMCG industry (eg., Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, CMI)
- Strong strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills
- High communication skills, familiarity with the global markets
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, business on the several markets and data
- Ready to business trips
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, enhancing your strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Enjoy flexibility with a mix of remote and in-office work
