RESPOSIBILITIES :

• Secure compliance of entity with Accounting Standards (local, USGAAP)
• General ledger accourents conciliation
• Cooperation with Shared Service
• Statistical reporting for authorities
• Indirect and direct tax reporting (in cooperation with Shared Service and tax advisors)
• Support in preparation of Financial Statement
• Transfer Pricing documentation
• Supports internal and external statutory audits
• Tax / Accounting support for other departments
• Monitoring of legal and tax requirements changes
• Implementation of group policies for local entities
• Treasury activities, Cash forecast
• Coordination of I / Co transactions
