SecuPi is a leading cybersecurity technology company specializing in a robust data security platform. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success & Project Manager to join our growing team in Europe, playing a pivotal role in our clients' success.

This dual-faceted role is ideal for a proactive and technically adept professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships while meticulously managing complex implementation projects. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients in Europe, guiding them through their journey with SecuPi from initial deployment to achieving ongoing value and expansion.

Responsibilities :

Customer Success Management :

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Understand customer business objectives, technical environments, and data security challenges to ensure SecuPi's platform aligns with and exceeds their needs.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and value realization, demonstrating the ROI of SecuPi's solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to assess progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate churn and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with SecuPi's product roadmap, new features, and industry trends in data security and compliance (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, etc.).

Project Management :

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SecuPi's data security platform for large enterprise customers, from planning to go-live.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal SecuPi technical experts, product specialists, and the customer's IT and security teams.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project issues, escalating complex challenges as needed to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for customer teams, enabling them to effectively utilize the SecuPi platform.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management and / or Project Management, ideally within the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and fostering long-term relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in data security, access control, encryption, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a significant plus.
  • Willingness to travel periodically within Europe to customer sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
