responsibilities :

Lead and manage complex M&A or HR Transformation projects across multiple regions and countries.

Navigate through high levels of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with confidence, clarity, and effective problem-solving.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.

Drive project delivery with a focus on achieving results, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and support project execution.

Utilize project management and business systems tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) to support project execution and tracking (preferred).

Proven experience in leading and managing M&A or HR Transformation projects, with a solid track record of successful project delivery.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to changing environments and evolving project needs.

Strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to proactively address potential project risks.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver results within deadlines.

Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
