Job descriptionDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure a high-performing workforce. Implement performance management systems to reward and recognize employee contributions. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement quality control processes to maintain product excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify new market segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Native Polish speaking with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance. Experience in international business development and market expansion is a plus. Strategic thinking with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
