One of our companies is currently looking for a Global Manager of Talent Acquisition in Poland .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition leader to oversee and elevate global hiring operations across multiple regions. You will play a strategic role in shaping recruitment strategies, managing an international team, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, people-oriented professional with strong operational capabilities and a passion for inclusive hiring practices. This role involves collaborating closely with business leaders and HR partners to drive recruitment success across North America, Europe, and Asia. You’ll also be a key force in modernizing the company’s global recruitment infrastructure.

Accountabilities :

  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process across global markets.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement scalable, localized hiring strategies.
  • Oversee international recruiting vendors and ensure performance aligns with key metrics.
  • Drive enhancements to tools, processes, and candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and executive decision-making.
  • Personally manage executive and high-priority searches when needed.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including global hiring responsibilities.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling recruitment operations.
  • Deep understanding of inclusive hiring, global labor markets, and executive recruiting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and G Suite.
