By joining our team as an Area Sales Manager – End User, you will have an important role in managing sales activities and expanding our market share in Polish region. You will be fostering strong relationships with new and existing End User clients with the aim to grow business and promote our innovative lighting solutions.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Taking ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives.
- Establishing new as well as developing existing customer networks with End User clients, preferably within industry, retail or the logistics.
- Developing and implementing a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans.
- Understanding sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth.
- Providing excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
- Close cooperation with internal sales and lighting design colleagues, recognizing sales as team work.
Your profile
Understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role.Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.Great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Encountering challenges with a positive attitude and having an interest in technology.Curious with a desire for continuous improvement and development.High level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.Ready to be a part of Zumtobel’s growing team?
