About the role The role is hybrid, available in Poland and Portugal with Poznań, Warsaw and Lisbon as preferred locations. As a part of EU CRM Marketing team you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and together with a team of 3 CRM Marketing Managers and Specialists growing engagement and retention across our Vertical brands (Real Estate & Motors) : Otodom, Otomoto (PL), Imovirtual, Standvirtual (PT) and Storia, Autovit (RO). This role will require you to shape the right strategy to grow user engagement on both seller and buyer sides, taking regional and cross-business-unit scalability into consideration. You will have an opportunity to lead expansion of CRM technical capabilities launching new CRM tools in cooperation with the MarTech team and to design right measurement frameworks with Analytics and Data Science. Working as EU CRM Marketing Lead you will shape and lead the cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with other teams including Performance & Brand Marketing, MarTech, Product, as well as EU CRM marketers responsible for other platforms. You will serve as a thought leader for CRM Marketing Managers and Specialists, fostering an ongoing testing and experimentation culture, making sure new advanced marketing automation solutions are effectively explored and implemented.The envisioned ideal profile for this role is a senior CRM professional with a strong strategic and stakeholder management experience in a cross-functional environment . Having a strong project management skill set will enable you in this role to lead complex, international projects impacting millions of users.You will report to the Head of CRM Marketing for Europe. The EU CRM Marketing team contains approximately 10 people and is an integrated part of the EU Marketing organisation.
