Properties & Real Estate Lease Administrator

You will be assisting the Real Estate Team by dealing with the Administration of the leased and owned facilities occupied by FedEx. Working with the internal FedEx Real Estate Team, finance and legal teams, as well as external landlords.

The ability to understand and converse in English to a high standard is required, and German language skills would be useful but not essential.

What you will be doing :

• Maintaining and updating a database of lease agreements in an electronic form.
• Supervision over contracts in the system. Reporting inconsistencies, checking new records. Cooperation with external suppliers.
• Control of invoices relating to real estate rental and other outgoings.
• Management of all additional documentation resulting from the lease agreement.
• Close cooperation with the RE Project Specialist (including analysis of the subordinate real estate portfolio, preparation of a report with expiring contracts.)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost overview when requested.
• Support for the RE Project Specialist on projects.
• Working in an environment with a foreign language (mainly English).
