As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and strategy for a high-impact B2B Sportsbook product. This role combines vision, leadership, and execution — from defining long-term product roadmaps to launching high-quality solutions tailored to client needs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring products are customer-centric and data-driven. Accountabilities :
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle : from ideation and market research to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing quick wins with long-term impact.
- Analyze product metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, integrating client feedback into product development cycles.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, design, sales, and marketing teams to execute product releases.
- Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Foster a culture of experimentation using A / B testing and analytics to validate hypotheses and iterate.
- Monitor financial performance and ROI of the product, ensuring strategic decision-making is rooted in value creation.
- Report progress and results to executive stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment at every stage.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in a B2B or iGaming / sports betting environment.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and communicate long-term product roadmaps.High ownership and autonomy : proven ability to lead end-to-end product initiatives with minimal supervision.Advanced skills in product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.Experience collaborating across multiple functions, including engineering, marketing, and sales.Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills, both internal and external.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and customer needs.Experience in managing B2B platforms or SaaS products is highly desirable.Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems is a plus.English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.Benefits
