Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the “voice of customer” for product roadmap development.
Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
Support ongoing strategic initiatives for product and organizational improvements.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or business discipline
5+ years of experience with B2B, enterprise software products (preferably SaaS) in Product Management or Product Strategy roles
Track-record of working across the product roadmap process from concept to delivery.
Experience with managing products at scale (products with at least 500+ direct customers)
