Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive AI-focused business development by identifying prospects, architecting full-stack AI factory solutions, and closing complex deals across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in AI infrastructure, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and pipeline growth in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify prospective customers in the data center and Enterprise arena.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand client needs, advise on data architectures (GPU clusters, high-performance compute (HPC), storage & networking), and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Executive Engagement : Build trusted relationships with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, Chief AI Officers) and influence board-level AI investment decisions.
  • Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Continuously develop new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
  • Deal Closing : Lead negotiations, create commercial offers, and manage the contracting process to closure. Meet / exceed assigned individual revenue billings and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with technical engineers, solution architects, product managers, delivery teams, legal, finance, and marketing to deliver comprehensive proposals and high-impact presentations.
  • Market Intelligence : Keep up-to-date with AI trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in AI, HPC, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud, Data Centers and the Enterprise IT environment.
  • Drive the full sales cycle with Fortune 1000, data centers and large enterprises; develop account strategies for winning multi-million-dollar deals. Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management is an advantage.
  • Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people in a multicultural / global environment.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polishis required, both written and spoken. Additional European languages preferred.
