An unusual opportunity has come up for an experienced and talented Sales Manager who join an ambitious and experienced Team within a great product company in the Fintech industry!

The company is building an unique, modern fintech solution to asset management. The key product is the first platform that facilitates trading in cryptocurrency products in the future , tokenised assets.

YOUR ROLE

Customer Acquisition : Actively approach potential customers and investors, present the company solutions, and demonstrate its value

Market Expansion : Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the banking and financial sector in Eastern Europe

Network Building : Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the financial sector and cryptocurrency markets

Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO

Has at least 5 years of experience in sales in the banking and financial sector, as well as in the field of cryptocurrencies

gained extensive network within the banking and financial industry within Eastern European and cryptocurrency markets

has deep understanding of financial markets, banking products, and the functioning of cryptocurrencies

is Native Speaker in Polish and excellent English skills; knowledge of other Eastern European languages is an advantage

is willing to travel regularly within Eastern Europe
