Associate Sales and Operations Specialist

Position Summary

As an Associate Sales and Operations Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Operations, you play a crucial role in driving a culture of consistent data in accounts and opportunity characterization in Bentley's systems of record while also improving the efficiency of Enterprise quota carriers in Account Advancement (Sales). You will support the business's day-to-day operations as well as special programs.

You will work within the Operations and Integration team to ensure accounts and opportunities are accurately characterized, create quotes and ensure acceptance, and manage opportunities. A key element of success in the role is building long-term relationships with quota carriers and Regional Directors.

Your Day-to-Day :

• Support the effective and efficient operations of Account Advancement.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales quota carriers to efficiently create and manage Accounts-to-be-Approved.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of account and opportunity information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and related systems of record.
• Coordinate across the Bentley enterprise to gather and properly characterize the data required for account setup.
• Assist Enterprise quota carriers in preparing quotes for all assigned accounts.
• Manage the quote acceptance process for the organization to accelerate orders.
• Address inquiries and provide clarification on quotes in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in projects :

Participate in test script creation and UAT. Assist with project launch and adoption.

Systems include phone system, contact center, CRM, order management, etc. Proactively respond to colleague inquiries; Manage day-to-day requests and changes related to areas of expertise. Drive attention to ServiceNow cases related to the Enterprise Sales team.
