responsibilities :

Wsparcie w codziennej administracji systemem Salesforce

Zarządzanie użytkownikami : tworzenie kont, nadawanie uprawnień, resetowanie haseł

Tworzenie i modyfikacja raportów, pulpitów oraz procesów automatyzacji (Flow)

Tworzenie Raportów i Dashboardów

Udział w testowaniu nowych funkcjonalności oraz wdrażaniu zmian

Dokumentacja zmian i najlepszych praktyk

Wsparcie użytkowników końcowych oraz współpraca z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi

requirements-expected :

Znajomość platformy Salesforce na poziomie podstawowym (minimum 1 rok)

Umiejętność logicznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów

Chęć nauki i rozwoju w obszarze administracji Salesforce
