Implement enhancements and customizations to Salesforce configurations, Test and validate new configurations, customizations, and system updates to ensure quality and functionality align with business expectations, Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users, Implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency, Collaborate with Dev team to implement complex solutions, Provide hands-on support for advanced user inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing corrective measures promptly] Requirements : Salesforce, Cloud
