Your responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams, and sales leaders to assess, analyze and develop sales competency improvement programs
- Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology, and sales enablement
- Analyze and / or evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs / initiatives to determine whether they meet the organization's expectations
- Support development and communication efforts within sales teams to support new product introductions, system / tool / process awareness, etc.
- Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner
