Work in one of various complex transformations projects for our clients (mainly from financial sector) Translation of the Client / Product requirements into functional and non-functional specifications Prepare and lead workshops with the Clients and Stakeholders Create and maintain clear documentation in a form of specifications, diagrams, models according to the project needs Participate in user interface design, configuration, and review Maintain a good Client relation by supporting, answering questions, and providing the necessary information German : Advanced (C1) or higher 3+ years of proven experience in functional / business analysis and / or solution design Knowledge of Payments (Instant Payments SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, AZV, Target2, crypto currency) English : Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher Familiarity with business analysis standards High analytical skills with an eye to detail Good interpersonal relationship skills Ability to perform well on your own and as a part of a bigger team Basic knowledge of UML and working knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN compliant) is a plus Competitive salary + performance / client engagement-based bonuses Possibility of having a real and direct impact on the development and shape of the company Flexible working hours (Remote work with available office space in the city center of Warsaw) Individual Training programs, certifications on demand Team building events and fun activities Coaching and reviews to support your career development private medical care sharing the costs of professional training & courses remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events
