At Silent Eight, we develop our own AI-based products to combat financial crimes that enable things like money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and systemic corruption. We are searching for a  Human Resources Specialist , located in  Poland , to join our People Operations team, supporting recruiting, administrative and associate relations activities within the team.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling startup environment).
  • Proven experience in recruitment for tech roles (ideally in startups or scale-ups).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes : recruitment, payroll / salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance.
  • Experience handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
