Job description
  • Manage a team of accountants and providing comprehensive guidance as an expert
  • Responsibility for the accounting and payroll services provided in line with service agreements
  • Supervise timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns and statistical reporting
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to define the scope of services to be provided
  • Maintain and develop relations with existing clients
  • Maintain a high level of employee engagement through training and coaching
  • Ensure operational compliance with internal control system & KPI requirements
  • Recommend & implement process and ERP setup improvements
  • Assist clients during statutory audits & tax inspections

    • International accounting & payroll companyManaging a 5-people team

    • Proven experience on the position of Accounting Supervisor / Accounting Manager
    • Experience in working in an accounting office or consulting firm will be a great asset
    • Good working level of spoken English & fluent Polish
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting topics, taxation
    • Hands-on approach to daily activity
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Excellent customer service, Client relations & people management skills
    • Independence & decision-making skills
