Overview

The Sales Growth Specialist (d / f / m) is responsible for establishing professional relationships with key customer accounts and meeting targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the EMEA Sales Team and will be located remote in Poland . The customer base for this role includes clients in Poland and the Czech Republic within the food and beverage sector. A high willingness to travel is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage by creating value for new and existing customers in the food and beverages markets
  • Develop and implement an account plan for customers and channel partners to achieve orders and revenue projections; cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers
  • Expand the customer base through networking, lead follow-up, and conversion; drive sales of new products and applications
  • Collaborate with sales management and other departments (customer service, GSA, SLS, ITS, etc.) to ensure ongoing sales of aftermarket and service-based products
  • Monitor competitive activity at existing customers and guide field sales personnel to key accounts as needed

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in brewing, food science, food technology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or business management; brewmaster is a plus
  • Multiple years of experience in a sales, business development, and / or account management role within a B2B environment
  • Understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors; experience with strategic selling to large regional or global companies
  • Proficiency in English and Polish; additional languages (Czech, German, Russian, etc.) are a plus
  • Nice to have

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of filtration products and processes
