We’re looking for a Business Growth Manager who will drive projects that fuel the growth of Motors Consumers across Romania, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind strategic initiatives that expand listings, launch impactful campaigns, and bring new business ideas to life. Consumer segment refers to individuals (not companies) who are using our platforms’ services to buy or sell vehicles.
You’ll work internally with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, analytics, and other departments, while also building strong relationships with external business partners . Your ability to connect and collaborate will be key to driving results.
