As a Business Development Specialist at K Charles Haulage, you will play a crucial role in our continued success and expansion in the EMEA market.

Responsibilities :

Identifying new business opportunities
Regularly interacting with new and existing customers, building long-term relationships (mostly in the UK market, but not only)
Providing top-notch solutions to meet our clients' needs
Ensuring high quality of service
Assisting in process improvements and business effectiveness activities
Collaborating with our experienced team to achieve sales targets

To be successful in this role you should have :

At least 2 years of experience in the sales / logistics / transport sector

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Ability to build and maintain relationships, mitigate risks, and drive successful deal closures

Open mind and willingness to learn to continuously develop new skills

Experience in the UK transport sector is an invaluable asset

Spanish language is a plus
