Your responsibilities

issuing invoices,
order processing,
monitoring and logging order issues,
completing and processing appropriate documentation,
building long-term relationships with customers,
performing financial settlements,
checking and verifying the correctness of data in the SAP system,
support in daily communication between the organization, suppliers and customers.

Employer requirements

professional experience in a similar position,

customer service skills,

financial or administrative education,

very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2),

good knowledge of SAP,

communication skills and empathy,

team player.
