Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Sales team with general sales and promotional administration, reporting and execution support. Key duties include field sales communication and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field sales.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Key Account Managers in daily business
- Budget, accruals, PO and invoice tracking, deviations consultation with Key Account Management
- Invoice processing
- Rebate management (setting up rebates / processing payments)
- Checking payments in Mybuy / SAP
- Entering promotions & volume planning in SAP
- Master data maintenance (prices / discounts / customer data)
- Managing payments in-kind and delivery of free goods
- Claims management (handling late / incomplete orders and other order-related disputes)
- Master data management / setup
- Managing contract administration
- Data analysis & reporting activities
- Managing account administration, customer queries (not covered by Customer Service)
- Performing other administrative ad hoc requests
Qualifications
Full proficiency in English and GermanBachelors or Master’s degree in commerce / business administration / marketing is a plusHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAPAbility to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutionsAbility to build robust and successful working relationshipsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsVery good organisation and prioritisation skillsProactivness, responsive and results driven
