Your Mission
Explode new gross margin from supplements across EU / UK.
Sign distributors, pharmacy chains, e-commerce partners, and PL / WL clients — fast, compliant, and profitable .
What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the entire BD cycle (prospect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close → launch → reorder)
- Lead Private Label / White Label projects from brief and formulation to packaging and regulatory hand‑off
- Negotiate smart : MOQ, payment terms, rebates
- Keep CRM clean, pipeline strong (≥3× target), and forecasts weekly
- Work closely with Ops
