New Business Development Manager Europe — Supplements (Commission-Only)

We’re looking for a closer — someone who hunts, not waits.

Your Mission

Explode new gross margin from supplements across EU / UK.

Sign distributors, pharmacy chains, e-commerce partners, and PL / WL clients — fast, compliant, and profitable .

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own the entire BD cycle (prospect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close → launch → reorder)
  • Lead Private Label / White Label projects from brief and formulation to packaging and regulatory hand‑off
  • Negotiate smart : MOQ, payment terms, rebates
  • Keep CRM clean, pipeline strong (≥3× target), and forecasts weekly
  • Work closely with Ops

Expected Outcomes

  • 30 days : 100 mapped prospects, 30 verified leads, 10 SQLs, 3 live proposals
  • 60 days : 5 signed LOIs / term sheets, first PO moving
  • 90 days : 2–3 active accounts, ≥300k PLN GM run‑rate
  • 6–12 months : 4–6 countries active, 8–12 live B2B accounts, steady reorders, stable GM%
  • What You Bring

  • 4–7 years in BD / Export / KAM for dietary supplements or nutraceuticals (B2B)
  • Proven record of closing international contracts and protecting margin
  • Working knowledge of EU / UK supplement rules (claims, labeling, ads)
  • Fluent English (C1+) , bonus : German / Italian / Spanish
  • Willing to travel 20–40% EU / UK
  • You’re fast, sharp, and don’t take “no” personally
  • Compensation — 100% Commission, Uncapped

  • Distribution & E‑commerce deals : 10% of collected GM from accounts you originate (12 months)
  • Private / White Label : 8% on first PO; 3% on reorders (12 months)
  • Accelerators : +3pp after 600k PLN GM; +5pp after 1.2M PLN GM
  • Fast‑close bonus : 2,000 PLN for contracts closed ≤45 days from lead
  • Paid monthly on cash collected (aligned with DSO)
  • No caps. No excuses. Just results.
