Your responsibilities

We are seeking an HR Process Team Leader to drive the optimization and efficiency of HR workflows in Workday, while ensuring alignment with business goals. In this role, you will lead process improvements, enhance operational effectiveness, and support compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to oversee service delivery, employee support, and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will guide a team in refining HR processes to elevate operational excellence and improve the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Processes & Optimization :

• HR Process Configuration & Enhancement : Maintain and refine HR workflows in Workday, ensuring alignment with employee lifecycle needs, including onboarding, offboarding, time and absence management, and talent processes. Adapt processes and structures to improve usability and efficiency.
• Workflow Optimization : Design and improve business processes to streamline execution, enhance employee experience, and ensure seamless HR task management.
• Employee Support & Service Management : Provide essential support by addressing employee cases, resolving process-related issues promptly, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery through structured response mechanisms.
• Training & Documentation : Develop user-friendly training materials and provide guidance to employees, ensuring HR teams are equipped with best practices for improved use of Workday.
• HR Process Monitoring & Compliance : Continuously assess the effectiveness of HR processes, swiftly addressing disruptions to maintain uninterrupted operations. Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and integrity in HR data.
• Collaboration with Key Stakeholders : Provide comprehensive support across employee lifecycle events, including hiring, promotions, and transitions. Work closely with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to refine workflows, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
